Welcome to Issue #25 of Limitless Life! and WELCOME TO LEO SEASON!

I hope you have all had a truly beautiful week and are feeling excited about your life and all of your potential right now! I am writing this week’s newsletter after having a really beautiful week with my family while traveling, having a fun game night (we played Clue) and some delicious homemade baked ziti and pizza. I definitely leaned into my Italian heritage this week with the cooking :)

During Illuminations LIVE yesterday I shared with my Friends and Family community that I almost never eat cheese (non-dairy of course) because I eat a low fat plant based whole foods diet most of the time. But while traveling we have access to a lot of great non-dairy brands and so I took the opportunity to make some great Italian favorites. I love to make my own cheese, but I don’t do it often because time is my most important asset and I opted for the quick and easy options this week. My general rule with cooking is keep it as simple as possible most of the time.
